What’s your part? Are you a designer, event producer, photographer?
@super rats: I’m one of the head organizing committee for the whole event. My anime club was in-charge of design (posters, backdrop… not the clothes) and decoration as well as frontstage/backstage coordination and photography. Too bad none of us were good enough to model. ^^
An event well organized. One problem was the VVIP handling. you guys invited the VVIP in but never bothered to walk him out when he leaves. Got some learning to do there.
Anyway, I think its a event well organized. Great job!
